Companies, like families, enjoy getting together. PatientKeeper has had several significant gatherings over the past month. At the beginning of May, we held our Customer Advisory Board meeting in Boston, followed immediately by the PatientKeeper User Group Conference. Both were great events at which PatientKeeper customers and employees shared ideas, experiences, and stories – and had a lot of fun.
Then last week, at the 2012 International MUSE Conference in Orlando, we got to visit with many PatientKeeper customers who use MEDITECH® systems to run their hospitals with PatientKeeper as their physician workflow automation overlay. Again, it was an opportunity to deepen relationships, so that people who walked in as “colleagues” left as “friends”. And the same was true at the e-Health 2012 Conference in Vancouver.
Now, as we look ahead to summer, there will be still more “family gatherings”: at the AMDIS Physician-Computer Connection Symposium in California; at the GE Centricity Business National Users Conference in Boston; and, no doubt, at many ad-hoc visits in between. Wherever they occur, we will welcome and enjoy them.
