Our Methodology

While each implementation is unique, most PatientKeeper deployments usually include:

• User Interviews-

  Our team meets with stakeholders, user groups, and key decision makers to get detailed insights about how they approach their daily work and learn more about their workstyle preferences

• Workflow Analysis –

  We analyze the results of these interviews and formulate and document these requirements, outlining recommended enhancements to the workflow

• On-Site Assistance –

  PatientKeeper implementation experts work onsite for key milestones including: pre-project planning, kickoff/workflow analysis, super-user training, and go-live.

• Training –

  PatientKeeper works with “super users” in the classic “train-the-trainer” model as well as direct end-user training. Training is delivered classroom, one-on-one, and impromptu coaching.

• On-Screen Training –

  In addition to comprehensive on-screen help options, interactive video tutorials are available for new users or as refresher training for less active users.

System Integration Services

The PatientKeeper integration services team is staffed with healthcare data interface/integration experts with years of experience. In addition to PatientKeeper Platform integration with most major health information systems, our integration services team has also successfully integrated the PatientKeeper Portal with many ancillary clinical systems.
