PatientKeeper Forms is a flexible framework that allows PatientKeeper Client Services to help you create custom forms for electronic capture of data within the clinical or physician billing workflow. PatientKeeper also offers form templates for common workflow needs such as Workers’ Compensation, Research Studies, or PCP Notification.

Using a Web browser, tablet, PDA, or Smartphone, users can tap on check boxes, select from pre-defined pick lists, enter free-text, set and use defaults, and preview the completed form. Because the module is tightly coupled with other PatientKeeper applications, forms created with the toolkit can be pre-populated with patient demographic information.
