PatientKeeper supports both online and traditional forums for our customers to interact with each other and our team.  The PatientKeeper online User Group Forum offers discussion boards for daily communication.  And our Annual PatientKeeper User Group Conference is a three-day event with extensive educational sessions, training and networking opportunities.

PatientKeeper User Group Forum

The PatientKeeper User Group Forum is a web-based community where you will be able to ask questions and seek advice from community members. Further, PatientKeeper will be using the Forums to seek your feedback on current product features and future enhancements.

We currently offer three forums, each moderated by an industry expert:

• Clinical -

  A forum dedicated to our Patient Care Suite including Clinical Results, Clinical Desktop, E-prescription, and more

• Financial -

  A forum dedicated to our Revenue Suite, including both provider charge entry and billing administration functionalities

• Management and Technical -

  A forum to discuss subjects related to technology and project management
