PatientKeeper's Patient Info module displays detailed patient demographics, including contact information, next of kin, insurance information, date of birth, race, sex, religion, and other basic data.

The Patient Info module would allow you to contact a patient or their family when the chart is unavailable -- or check religious information to anticipate sensitivities relative to use of blood products.

The Patient Info module interfaces with existing clinical information systems.
