PatientKeeper's Medication List module delivers an up-to-date account of your patients' active medications and medication history, including regularly scheduled meds (RTC), conditional meds (PRN), meds with known number of doses, as well as meds being held temporarily. Also available is the last dose time and actual dosages from the Medication Administration Record.
