Vice President, Account Management
Ben brings over 10 years of technology services experience with a focus on improving healthcare operations. He is responsible for building a Service organization that provides true benefit to PatientKeeper's customers and an exemplary customer experience.
Prior to joining PatientKeeper, Albert spent five years growing software products from concept to profitability as the Vice President of Institution Products at Data Harbor, Inc. Preceding Data Harbor, Ben spent three years selling and managing projects for a boutique web application development firm. Ben worked with many healthcare companies to determine how emerging technologies could meet existing needs.
Ben his master’s degree in business administration in entrepreneurship from the University of Illinois, Chicago and his bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University.
